Automatic Service Agreement generation - save time by not entering all that data into another form.
Schedule of Supports calculation tool - choose a support item and it will calculate based on the NDIS price guide or your own fees
Easy data entry of your billable support time/items, (with ability to add shift notes) ready for claiming
Track the status of your claimed items and see your payment history
Participant Risk Assessment templates - For brief risk assessment, support locations and care needs
Contacts directory and Support Network Lists
Participant documents and records storage
Already have your own CRM and don't want to change?
No problem, simply set up participants with basic details and only use our system for the billing support. All other features and functions are completely optional
Keen Admins has no monthly subscription fees or lock in contracts for our admin services or access to our system.
Instead we charge a small percentage (service fee) of the total amount of any claims put through our system.
Does your business use sub-contractors to deliver supports?
Our system can calculate their payment based on the time worked and pay them directly for you. This saves you all the time and hassle of working out each contractors share then making individual payments.
