Keen Admins has no subscription fees or lock in contracts for our admin services or access to our system.
Instead we charge a small percentage (service fee) of the total amount of any claims put through our system.
Admin & Billing Support - What does our service include?
Invoice generation and email out to plan managers or participants
Billable time to be claimed from PRODA is prepared and bulk uploaded
All payments are reconciled and matched to bank transactions
All billable time is updated in the system for you so you can see real time status of payments
Any payments rejected by PRODA or Plan managers are flagged for correction - so you never miss a payment!
Statements are automatically generated each month and can be sent to multiple recipients
Do you have sub-contractors working for you?
We can pay them directly on your behalf to save you even more time! (based on a % of their billable time)
System features - what functions are included?
CRM (Client Relationship Management) system to manage your participant data, including extra features such as task management, feedback, conflicts of interest etc
Automatic Service Agreement generation - save time by not entering all that data into another form.
Schedule of Supports calculation tool - choose a support item and it will calculate based on the NDIS price guide or your own fees
Easy data entry of your billable support time/items, (with ability to add shift notes) ready for claiming
Participant Risk Assessment templates - For brief risk assessment, support locations and care needs
Contacts directory and Support Network Lists
Participant documents and records storage
Already have your own CRM and don't want to change?
No problem, simply set up participants with basic details and only use our system for the billing support. All other features are completely optional
